| guess what? i finall decided to update....um yeah. i usually dont cause i see three out of the four people who read this anyway on an almost daily basis. but yeah. track meets start saturday already. this should be fun. we have a damn meet before any organized practice....who does this? cmon! but yeah i went to the doc for my shins and he basically said ill probably have pain until im done running but i should buy three hundred dollar orthodics(i just purchased a 250 dollar pair not too long ago) and they made it through Cross Country just fine. so yeah. anywho, im going to bed. adios! |

| wow i guess time has gotten away from me...hey crysta hows work going? hahaha. i figured id toy around with the look of the site and add a pic while i was waiting to go eat. So yeah, my family has a new house...my ma moved back to bagley along with my step dad and bro...my bro is doing good in football...um Cross Country is in full swing and i have been doing fairly well. We were at St. Olaf for a meet and i placed like 98th out of 204 or so...nothin other than that i guess. Chevelle concert in less than a month! |

| so yeah i figured it would be good to update this for all three of you who read this. im pretty sure you all know i was at Pennock this last weekend which was really fun. except my cd player decided not to work a half an hour into the drive to Pennock(which ended up being like 3 and a half hours). so yeah. it was a nice vacation though. until my drive back, which my world came crashing back down on me. my granmas dog was ran over right in front of her by a pumper truck and she was really upset. she isnt exactly able to do many things by herself and she was the only one at home at the time. so yeah rude awakenings from vacation suck big time. that and the fact that i was too tired to do anything. which really makes me wonder why i decided to run....twice.so yeah you all have a good week! |

| hey i figured id finally update this thing for all three people that visit my page...um not much to say...got PRACS again this weekend....at my moms house out on the iron range (which i really dont care for myself...) um yeah. just doing some remodling stuff tomorrow and boy is that fun! um yeah thats about all i got. i get to drive my moms pimpin denali home i think...if not i get the pick up back so i may go out muddin for old times' sake. cant wait to see batman begins!
